Antique Afghan Ersari rug of world-class colors and quality. The main color is a luminous crimson red with subtle variations in tone from one end to the other. There are also shimmering blues, greens, dusty cranberry, and tiny accents of pastel yellow and white. Very difficult to capture the real beauty and character of this rug in photos. Finely hand knotted with a supple fleecy blanket-like handle.

Materials: Hand knotted handspun wool pile on a wool and goat/horse hair foundation. All natural dyes.

Condition: Excellent condition overall with glossy pile over most of the rug. Slight wear in a few scattered areas. Original kilim ends and sides intact. Ready to enjoy and suitable for normal everyday use. Professionally hand washed.
