Antique Persian Tabriz rug with a beautifully drawn rendition of the 16th century Paradise Garden design. Trees, birds, fish, flowering shrubs, and exotic botanicals, are composed in a serene polychrome landscape on a sand background framed by a refreshing cerulean blue border. Colors include dusty rose, aquamarine, lemon yellow, lime green, olive green, bluish grey, pale salmon, gold, navy blue, jade green, bone, wine red, and more. A wondrous and decorative rug that captivates with the esoteric tranquility of heaven on earth. Signed by the maker: Javan Amirkhizi.
