A rare antique Persian Karadagh runner rug steeped in authentic tribal grace and elegance. Woven in the third quarter of the 19th century, these rugs preceded the Karaja rugs we are familiar with today. The striking heraldic design is finely knotted in fleecy handspun wool dyed in beautifully aged organic dyes. A top notch example.
