Antique Persian Tabriz rug with an exotic pair of courting Phoenix amidst a botanical paradise of large blossoms and unfurling fronds. It is playful, graceful, and not in the least bit stuffy. The motifs are crisp on the cream ground sparkling in tones of lime, azure, navy, berry, forest green, peach, baby blue, sand, and rose. From the inspired artwork to the clear harmonious colors, this 90 year old Tabriz represents a top notch provenance.
