Vintage Persian Heriz rug with a lovely polychrome mosaic of small medallion forms, botanicals, and animals, on a lustrous red orange ground. The colors are simply spectacular and include herb green, soft chartreuse, forest green, baby blue, ice blue, sky blue, navy, butter yellow, tan, watermelon, and gold. The impression is very decorative with a positive vibe, and quality of materials and workmanship is top tier.

Materials: Hand knotted handspun wool pile on a cotton foundation.
Condition: Excellent condition overall with lustrous medium/low pile over most of the rug. There are scattered areas showing lower pile and light wear. Ready to enjoy and suitable for normal everyday use. Professionally hand washed.
