Antique Persian Wide Gallery Runner Rug 5’5”x12’3” Terracotta Tribal Beauty
Rug No. 57313
Antique Persian wide runner, aka: gallery rug or kelleghi, with a charming tribal/village vibe, including a central tray motif indicating this was probably woven for a special occasion feast like a wedding. Magnificent colors throughout with one of the richest terracotta colors we have ever seen. The placement of ten flowers on the otherwise open field is intriguing. A truly authentic non-commercial weaving.
